Waking night support workers – Learning disability & challenging behaviours

Autonomy Care provides domiciliary, home care and personal care support to individuals in Wiltshire.

We are currently recruiting for a Waking Night Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team. Your role will involve supporting adults with learning disabilities & challenging behaviours, helping them to maintain their independence within their own homes and the wider community.

As a Waking Night Support Worker you will be responsible for ensuring well-being and safety during the night, as well as assisting with morning routines. You will need to remain alert at all times whilst on shift.

You do not need to be an experienced carer or support worker, there will be a full induction and ongoing training and development.
