Home-Start Kennet is an established local charity, committed to promoting the welfare of families with young children. Our professionally trained volunteers provide invaluable support, friendship and practical help to parents under stress, helping to prevent crisis and family breakdown.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance and Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis, providing cover for maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the scheme, completing financial tasks and inputting data into our monitoring and evaluation system.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work on their own initiative, knowledge and experience of basic financial tasks (including financial management systems), strong IT skills and proven administrative experience.
